To create your 5½ x 4" card base, mountain fold the first pair of 1" score lines (closest to the edge) and valley fold the second pair of 1" score lines. Mountain fold the 3" score line in the middle and mountain fold the last pair of 1" score lines. Cut/emboss various elements in the set and decorate the card for your desired look.
